Margaret Atwood

Poetisa, novelista, crítica literaria, ensayista, empresaria y activista medioambiental, Margaret Atwood es una artista tan prolífica como polifacética. Criada en una familia de lectores voraces, comenzó a escribir a los seis años; y, aunque fue la poesía con lo que empezó a publicar, hoy en día es más conocida por su narrativa.
A pesar de que en ocasiones ha intentado evitar que sus obras sean consideradas feministas o de ciencia ficción, sus trabajos se consideran grandes referentes en estos campos y han alcanzado reconocimiento internacional entre el público general.
